Even more news...

I swear to God every time my notification pings and the Gmail logo appears, my heart skips a beat. I love the high of having your works accepted - is this what gamblers feel? When the words 'thank you', 'delighted' and 'accept' come together, it's just so rewarding!

I'm really thankful to then say that just today and last Thursday (literally yesterday, at the time of writing) I got two more emails, from Bitter Melon Review and The Outland Magazine. I still find it surreal to have more of my works out there on the internet. To have a childhood dream gradually shifting from a vision to a reality is absolutely astonishing.

A wise man once said to celebrate small victories, but what does once do when they get their works recognized and told by editors that it's pretty darn good? I truly am grateful to these websites for taking my poems in. Here's to many more small (but in reality pretty big) victories!
